FAQ

Flake coating questions

It depends on the size and condition of your slab, but there's no week-long mess. Polyaspartic cures fast, so you're back on your floor soon after we finish.

Both are excellent, long-lasting coatings. Epoxy is the proven classic with a deep, high-gloss finish. Polyaspartic is UV-stable and cures fast, so it handles sun and heavy daily use especially well. Tell us about your garage and we'll help you pick — no pressure either way.

Not when it's installed right. Coatings fail because of poor prep, so we diamond-grind every slab until the coating can bond deep into the concrete — then back it with a lifetime adhesion warranty.

Most 2-car garages run $1,800–$3,500, depending on the coating system, the condition of your concrete, and any repairs needed. You get a firm written price up front — no hidden fees.
